Cookie Policy
This is a translation. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
The essentials
- We only use technical cookies (so you can sign in and to protect your account) and one preference cookie that you set when you choose the theme.
- We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies. There are no third-party tracking cookies.
- That is why we do not show you a cookie banner.
1. What they are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. Local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage) do something similar. This policy covers all of that.
2. Cookies on clonversa.com

3. Cookies when connecting your AI (api.clonversa.com)
When you authorise your AI, our authorisation server sets technical cookies to complete that step securely:

4. Cloudflare security cookies
Cloudflare protects the website against attacks and bots. If it detects suspicious traffic, it may set technical cookies such as __cf_bm (about 30 minutes) or cf_clearance (when you pass a check). They are only used for security. In a check on 17 October 2026 our pages did not set any. More information in Cloudflare's cookie policy.
5. Storage in your browser

None of this leaves your browser or is used to track you.
6. Why there is no banner
The law does not require consent for cookies needed to provide the service you request, or for those that store a preference you choose (art. 22.2 of the LSSI and art. 5.3 of the ePrivacy Directive). They are the only ones we use. [PENDING: lawyer's confirmation.]
If one day we add cookies that need your permission (for example, analytics), we will ask you before setting them and you will be able to change your mind whenever you want.
7. How to control them
You can view and delete cookies and storage from your browser settings. If you block the technical ones, you will not be able to sign in to your account. If you delete cv_theme, the website will use your system theme.
8. Changes
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this policy and its date.
